Ever hear the phrase …..”Nothing haunts our souls like the things that we don’t buy?” Well, I knew this was what I needed when I saw it at the top quarantine. This was the one thing that I knew. The Eye Lash Tee costs only $12 and is super soft! For a looser fit I went with a large, but for more TTS style I could have gone with a medium.
Today, I share a few ways to style this graphic tee for work or play.
Jeans and leggings
The right pants can make all the difference. You are running errands but want to keep things simple? Pair this graphic tee and frayed jeans with flats or high-tops with frayed jeans. Are you looking to dress it up? Pair it with leggings and some cute boots or heels. You can also experiment with a front tuck and a front knot tie.
Patterns
A while back, I suggested that ” add some color to your wardrobe”. (Click to view that post). Patterns are a great alternative to color. Below, you’ll see that I added an animal print to a skirt and shorts. But, you can also add it to a belt, a jacket, a cardi, a skirt or a hat. There are many options for adding color and patterns to your wardrobe.
Jackets-Denim and Leather
You can dress up or down a graphic shirt (or any shirt, for that matter). For a casual look, pair it with a denim jacket or a leather jacket. You can also opt for a blazer! This is what I wore to a girls night. I opted for a cute jacket so the options are endless.
Shoes
Shoes are my best kept secret. Why? They can instantly change your entire look, regardless of what you’re wearing. Fun shoes are a great way for those who don’t like to add color or patterns to their outfits. This will be a longer blog post, but you can know for now that shoes are my favorite style tool. lol.
Skirts
We also have skirts. Skirts can make any graphic tee look more casual or flirty by adding a skirt. As you can see, I paired the skirt with a faux suede leather skirt to make it more business-edgy. This skirt is versatile enough to be worn both inside and outside of the office if paired with the right shoes. The tee is paired with a tulle skirt to give it that Carrie Bradshaw Sex in the City look. I love a flirty, funky vibe.
